James Renew is the Chef /Owner of The Little Lamb Gastropub in Clearwater Florida. James has spent the last 28 years in the restaurant and hospitality business traveling and training with some of the world’s best chefs from Florida, Las Vegas and Sydney Australia. Since settling in Clearwater Florida and starting The Little Lamb, James and The Little Lamb have been nominated for Best Restaurant Clearwater, and have been receiving high marks around the Tampa Bay area.

James’ new endeavor, Estuary, will be a contemporary, Chef-driven restaurant with a neighborhood feel. Estuary will feature local, seasonal foods from land and sea. Estuary will focus on regional products- gulf coast seafood and products, small producers of old and new world biodynamic wines and contemporary craft cocktails using local distilleries’ spirits.
